Below, we indicate the most frequently asked questions when making a cancellation. If after reading them you still have doubts, contact us through the contact form or call us at (+34) 611 536 756 and we will resolve your questions immediately.

Can I cancel my car reservation at any time?

At Punta Marina Rent a Car we offer the possibility to cancel your vehicle reservation free of charge, provided it is done at least 24 hours before the start of your reservation. If you do not show up to pick up the car, 40% of the reservation amount will be refunded.

If you cancel your reservation on the same day it is scheduled to start, no refund will be accepted.

Can I return the car earlier and get part of my reservation refunded?

While you are in possession of the vehicle, early return will not in any case result in a partial refund of the reservation amount.

Do the penalties on my reservation affect the deposit amount?

In all cases, the €150 deposit will be refunded in full.

How can I manage my cancellation?

How will I receive my refund?

Once the cancellation request has been received, and after verifying compliance with the above-mentioned requirements, the refund will be processed according to the payment method you used to pay for the reservation. You will receive the money in your account within approximately 5 to 10 days, depending on the payment method and the bank.
